Professional product data importVarious data sources and formats
Every company sells different products and obtains its product data from different data sources. In daily business, the data can come directly from the supplier or from the company's own ERP system in a wide variety of formats. In addition, when switching to a new and modern PIM such as Akeneo, it may be necessary to import product data from the outdated PIM or online shop.
We ensure that the data is imported from a wide variety of sources in the correct format and updated at regular intervals via an API if required.
Intelligent data managementAutomated product data enrichment
The available product data is often insufficiently maintained for use by the customer and has to be laboriously supplemented. We develop solutions that automatically enrich the data with customised logics. For example, we developed a keyword-category assignment.
This automatically assigns product data with existing keywords such as "sneakers" to the appropriate product category "shoes". This saves time and reduces the error rate when creating and importing new products in the PIM.
Managing media and digital dataDAM and MAM
In addition to product data such as the name, description or article number, there is also digital and media data that is assigned to products. This includes product images, product videos and music files, for example. These are not managed in the PIM, but in a digital asset management system (DAM).
In a media context, these systems are also referred to as media asset management (MAM). If you work a lot with digital and media content, the use of such a system is recommended in order to store and prepare the media centrally for all channels. We will be happy to advise you.
