AI-supported learning in the company: Shaping the future together

Since the beginning of February, we have been working together with HTWK Leipzig on an exciting project: we are researching how artificial intelligence (AI) can make learning in companies faster, more effective and more individualised.

At a time when requirements and knowledge are constantly evolving, conventional training methods often reach their limits. AI-supported learning opens up completely new possibilities - not to replace people, but to provide them with targeted support.

For us, AI-supported learning is the logical extension of our portfolio. For many years, our focus has been on TYPO3 and digitalisation in sales. We are now combining this expertise with the field of AI-supported learning in a corporate context.

The result: solutions that make learning processes more efficient and flexible. Through personalised learning processes, AI can impart knowledge in a more targeted way, take individual needs into account and meet employees exactly where they are. This makes learning not only more effective, but also more sustainably integrated into everyday working life.

AI ensures that training is carried out faster and in a more targeted manner. New employees are familiarised more quickly, while existing employees can concentrate on the essentials. This optimises learning time and avoids superfluous content.

AI automatically adapts learning content to the level of knowledge and needs of employees. Everyone receives the targeted support they need to close knowledge gaps. At the same time, learning content is available anytime and anywhere - exactly when it is needed.

Feedback & prediction of learning needs
AI enables immediate feedback on learning progress, allowing employees to continuously improve their performance. At the same time, it analyses learning behaviour and identifies potential knowledge gaps or difficulties at an early stage. This allows preventative measures to be taken before major deficits arise.

Scalability
AI-based learning systems can be applied flexibly to a large number of employees without compromising the quality of the learning content or individual support. This enables companies to efficiently provide personalised training solutions for entire teams or organisations.

Automation of routine tasks
From the administration of learning content to the organisation of training courses - AI automates many administrative processes and relieves the burden on learners and trainers. This saves valuable time and enables a stronger focus on content development.
