AI-supported learning in the company: Shaping the future together
Since the beginning of February, we have been working together with HTWK Leipzig on an exciting project: we are researching how artificial intelligence (AI) can make learning in companies faster, more effective and more individualised.
Why artificial intelligence?
At a time when requirements and knowledge are constantly evolving, conventional training methods often reach their limits. AI-supported learning opens up completely new possibilities - not to replace people, but to provide them with targeted support.
For us, AI-supported learning is the logical extension of our portfolio. For many years, our focus has been on TYPO3 and digitalisation in sales. We are now combining this expertise with the field of AI-supported learning in a corporate context.
The result: solutions that make learning processes more efficient and flexible. Through personalised learning processes, AI can impart knowledge in a more targeted way, take individual needs into account and meet employees exactly where they are. This makes learning not only more effective, but also more sustainably integrated into everyday working life.
