Netresearch extensions are available on GitHub

Now that Magento 1.x has officially reached its EOL (end of life and end of support) on June 30, 2020, all Magento 1 extensions will also be removed from the Magento Marketplace on July 7, 2020 by the Adobe Magento Marketplace team.

However, this does not necessarily mean that Magento 1 systems will no longer be in productive use in the near future. It also does not mean that extensions for Magento 1 are no longer available.

This applies to our customer extensions for Magento 1
and Magento 2 as well as plugins for Shopware 6.

DHL Shipping

The official extension by DHL Paket enables you to process shipments quickly and easily and allows your customers to receive DHL parcels flexibly. You can generate and manage your shipping labels for the "DHL Paket", "DHL Paket International" and "Warenpost" products directly from the Magento® backend. The module supports the Business Customer API 3.0 (GK-API) and enables additional services, such as the age check by the courier.

Offer your customers additional services for individual parcel shipments with “DHL Wunschpaket”. The Desired Location and Desired Neighbor services allow shipments to be delivered even during absence of your customers. Your customers can also choose the day that suits them best. The desired package services selected in the frontend are automatically sent to the extended backend and transmitted to DHL together with the electronic shipment data. The features DHL Returns and DHL Location Search for Magento 2 are already integrated in this solution; for Magento 1 there are additional modules.

To use this extension, you need access data for the DHL Business Customer Portal and thus a business customer contract with DHL Paket.

DHL Online Returns

DHL Online Returns enables your customers to print return labels if required. The extension is an addition to your parcel delivery with DHL Paket and connects the DHL Returns Portal to your Magento installation for senders in Germany.

With DHL Returns you offer maximum service and are always close to your customers thanks to over 28,000 parcel drop-off points - for even faster returns.

To use this extension, you need access data to the DHL Business Customer Portal and thus a business customer contract with DHL Paket.

DHL Location Finder

Offer your customers additional services for individual package receipt with the "DHL Location Finder". The plugin extends the forms in the frontend to specify an alternative delivery address. DHL locations for packing stations, post offices and parcel stores can be found via the integrated location search. These alternative delivery addresses/DHL locations can be transferred to the delivery address with just one click. The automatic transfer prevents incorrect addresses and the resulting undeliverable shipments. Offer your customers more flexibility in delivery. This increases customer satisfaction, increases customer loyalty, promotes order frequency and improves your delivery rates.

Deutsche Post Direkt AUTOCOMPLETE

DATAFACTORY Autocomplete is a service provided by Deutsche Post Direkt, which specializes in address and data management. The service provides effective support for incomplete address data.

The associated extension integrates DATAFACTORY Autocomplete services into Magento, so your customers can now easily complete their postal data. As soon as your customers enter the first alphanumeric characters in an address input field, they receive up to 15 suggestions for valid German addresses. A total of around 1.2 million different address suggestions are available, including all delivery-relevant streets, more than 16,000 postal codes and destinations, 14,000 cities and 75,000 district names.

The basis for the automatic completion is the street directory, which is based on the original Deutsche Post zip code data. Thanks to interface connection and encryption, you can always access up-to-date postal data quickly and securely.

Deutsche Post Direkt ADDRESSFACTORY

ADDRESSFACTORY DIREKT is a service from Deutsche Post Direkt that specializes in address and data management. The service provides highly effective support for validating and correcting mail address data.

The associated extension integrates the ADDRESSFACTORY DIREKT service with Magento and allows you to verify the customer's shipping address in Germany before sending the order. After an order is placed, you can verify the destination address manually or automatically. The information is validated and corrected for spelling and plausibility (street, postal code, city) if necessary. Furthermore, the probability of a successful delivery is displayed.

The basis for this process is Deutsche Post Direkt's postal reference database. This database is unique in Germany and contains around 210 million current and former private addresses for validation purposes.
