Next communication level: New forum with TYPO3 for NASA GmbH
Tender won! We have a new TYPO3 customer, Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH (NASA GmbH), for whom we are maintaining a total of three different websites, building a new forum and customising the design. NASA GmbH maintains an intensive dialogue with its customers and also uses an "online passenger forum" for this purpose. Every year, NASA GmbH publishes topics in this forum that invite discussion. However, forum users also publish topics that can then be rated and commented on by other users. As the tool currently in use no longer fulfils the requirements sufficiently and new functions cannot be added, it is to be replaced. Thanks to our experience in building the dialogue platform for Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG, we already have a flexible and mature solution in TYPO3, which can also be used excellently in this project.

In future, the forum will also be used for surveys. Further changes are also planned, such as the optimisation of accessibility. We are very much looking forward to further cooperation and to actively contributing to optimised communication between NASA GmbH and its customers!

Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH (NASA GmbH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. Its main task is to plan, order and finance local rail passenger transport (SPNV) on behalf of the state. In close cooperation with the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund (MDV) and the participating transport companies, NASA GmbH is also responsible for providing the INSA timetable information service.
